5sos Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the 5sos platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 5sos platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
To use the 5sos platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be legally eligible to enter into a binding contract in Malaysia.
- Not currently blocked or prohibited from using online betting platform services by any relevant authority.
- Provide registration information that is truthful, accurate, and complete.
5sos reserves the right to reject or cancel the registration of any user who does not meet the above requirements or who provides false information during the registration process.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 5sos platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all accounts involved, including any associated balances.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 5sos will not be liable for any loss or consequences arising from your failure to safeguard your login information. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Transfering or sharing your account with any other party.
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to hack, alter, or interfere with the platform's functionality or our security systems.
- Using your account for unlawful purposes or in a manner that harms others.
Any breach of these rules will result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure without prior notice.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the5sos platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their accounts are legitimate and not derived from sources prohibited by law.
Accepted deposit methods include Touch'n Go eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and other local payment options listed in your account panel. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and will be shown in the transaction interface.
For withdrawals, the name on your bank account must match the name registered on your5sos account. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in your account panel.5sos reserves the right to decline or delay withdrawal requests where there are doubts about the validity of a transaction or where account verification has not been completed.
Any attempt to commit financial fraud, money laundering, or fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the accounts involved will be closed immediately.
4. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 5sos platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from technical disruptions, temporary downtime, or system errors. 5sos will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including missed betting opportunities due to system interruptions.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, images, and software used on the 5sos platform are the property of 5sos or parties that have licensed their use to us. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 5sos.
Third-Party Links
The 5sos platform may reference third-party service providers such as game suppliers or payment processors. 5sos is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
5. Account Policy, Suspension & Closure
5sos reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the case:
- Violation of any provision within these terms and conditions.
- Suspicion or evidence of fraud, bet manipulation, or illegal activity.
- Providing false or inaccurate information during account registration.
- Holding more than one active account.
- Failure to complete identity verification when required.
- Inactivity exceding the period set by the platform.
When an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance associated with the violating activity may be forfeited. For closures arising from other reasons, valid balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the5sos support team at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
5sos reserves the right to modify, update, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior user consent. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms.
Continued use of the 5sos platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 5sos platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
